
FOUR SIMPLE STEPS TO RESOLVING YOUR DISPUTES:
STEP 1: File a Case.
A buyer or seller simply clicks "File a Case" and fills out a short online form to initiate the proceedings.
STEP 2: The other party is notified automatically.
The other party is notified via an automatically generated email and is provided instructions on responding to the case. The case and all related responses appear on a password-protected, 128 bit encrypted, Case File page for both parties to view.
STEP 3: The involved parties discuss their issues in EZ Mediation's Online Conference Room (OCR).
Participants are able to openly discuss the issues at hand and try to reach a mutual agreement in the OCR. This phase of the service is a custom designed and fully automated web-based conference room. Conversations are kept from prying eyes using 128 bit encryption and is free of charge to all users.
You also have the option of using an EZ Mediation mediator to guide the process.
If the parties are unable to reach a settlement agreement in the OCR, they can request the assistance of a mediator.
